StageBright Theatre provides uplifting theatre arts experiences in educational settings, celebrating the joy of creativity in individual and collective artistic expression.
StageBright Theatre will be a company that creates and executes high-quality, uplifting educational theatre experiences that brighten the world through humor and heart. StageBright will produce plays and implement educational theatre programs that capture our patrons' attention and interest, spark our students' creativity, promote learning and literacy, build connections among those in the space, and leave all involved with smiles on their faces. We will blaze an educational and artistic trail that is marked by laughter, kindness, hope, and a belief in the positive potential and overall goodness within ourselves and those we encounter.
Imagination – We believe that imagination fuels both our creativity in the here and now and our ability to envision a bright future for ourselves, our work, and our world.
Teamwork – We believe that worthy complex goals are achieved when we utilize our skills and talents in tandem with the gifts and talents of others, weaving together the best of our efforts in realizing these goals.
Growth – We believe that the essence of education is recognizing that growth is a process: a combination of small steps and larger leaps–all of which are valuable in and of themselves–that culminate in new understandings and abilities.
Encouragement – We believe that encouragement–empowering the heart–is central to helping ourselves and one another take the small steps and larger leaps in learning and growing our skills and abilities.
